Ridgway's FTP

If you have been instructed to download a file via FTP, select the location in the selector. You will then enter the city specific FTP. Please be aware that some locations have separate upload and download FTP sites, which will be indicated in the selector on the city page. Most Ridgway's locations have ftp. You can access those ftp locations in this system. Those links that say "not yet available" do have FTP addresses but are not yet linked in this system. In the case where the location says "not yet available", go back to the Ridgway's website and contact the branch.

UPLOADS

EWO™ is the best and most efficient way to place orders with files to Ridgway's.
However, there are times when files need to be sent via FTP. It is preferred to use the upload form but this system is available when files are too large for the upload form.

The branch will not be notified with uploads via this system. If the combined file size if 50 MB or less, it is preferred that you use the upload form. If you do use this FTP system, contact the branch to notify them of the file upload.

Links will route to that city's FTP Module. Some locations have separate upload and download FTP, which are designated on the city page.
